I was working away last Friday evening, after a lovely dinner at Abyssinia Ethiopian restaurant in Santa Rosa, and was struck the need to make a beet in silver and concrete. Immediately. So here it is.
Do try grilling beets - I slice and cook them in the microwave first (so they grill quickly) then brush with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar and throw them on the grill till they brown. Yummy!

I'm a huge fan of beets. Roast them in a little olive oil and salt and throw them in a salad for me. happy, happy!

I'm a beet roaster too Christine! Do you get stained with beet juice then you wear this or have you finally created a clean beetroot?! Love it.
